​Admission Information Instructions for Parents

  1. Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photograph, will be considered invalid.

  2. Duly filled and signed Admission/Registration Form

  3. Blood Test Report of student's (Xerox copy)

  4. Photocopy of Proof of Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or any other Competent Authority).

  5. Admission from Play School (Pre-Nursery) to 9 and 1 1 will depend on availability of seats.

  6. It is strictly advised that the parents should fill the registration form themselves.

  7. Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth filled in the Admission/Registration Form tallies with that on the original birth certificate.

  8. If T.C. with 'passed' or 'promoted' is not submitted of the earlier school in time, i.e. before the session commences in January 2026, or latest by end of January 2026, the admission stands cancelled.

  9. Parents should note that any admission done after the session has started (in case of transfers or relocations), the T.C. of the student should be submitted within 15 days of the admission. No extension of date will be allowed. If they fail to submit the T.C. within 15 days, they forfeit the right of admission and no refund will be made whatsoever.

Document requires to be submitted at the time of Registration:

  1. Photograph of Student

  2. 0 4(Four) passport size coloured photographs

  3. Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent Authority)

  4. Xerox copy of Previous year's or Last exam Mark Sheet (for class —Xl, Preboard Mark Sheet or Last exam Mark Sheet of Class —X)

  5. Xerox copy of Aadhar card of student and parent (Father/Mother)

  6. In case of S.C, S.T, O.B.C (to be supported by valid documents)

  7. Blood Test Report of student's (Xerox copy)

  8. Original Transfer Certificate (T.C) needs to be submitted before the session starts or latest by January, 2026.

  9. Original Migration (in case board is changed in class X!)

  10. TC should be till April 2025 and also include Bangla Siksha TC or PEN

  11. (Permanent Education Number of the Students)

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS (2025-26)

Admission for the session 2025-26 starts from May, 2025.
